This Contempt Case is filed, under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, L9ZI, alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 31.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36946 of 2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government pleader for Services _ III appearing for the respondent, submits that in compliance of the order dated 31.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.p.No.3694 6 of 2024, respondent No.2 issued speaking orders; utd.e Procds. Rc.No .Ft /e_ Igt6ZSZ / 2023, dated 20.O5.2025.

At this juncture, Iearned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty of this Court to challenge the proceedings, dated 20.OS.2025.
