This appeal has been filed by the appellants/defendants challenging the decree and judgment dated 13.02.2002 in O.S.No.110 of 1998 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem.

Thirupathi Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Appeals, representing the appellants, submitted that the sole respondenVplaintiff had passed away and sought for time to take steps for bringing his legal representatives on record.
