This appeal has been filed challenging the decree and judgment dated 01.04.2003 in O.S.No.53 of 2002 passed by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal.

The appellant/plaintiff filed suit for recovery of amount against respondents/defendants. The trial Court after due trial dismissed the suit.

Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Vikas Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the appellant reports no instructions and he cannot proceed with the matter.

Having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant and in the absence of any other arrangement by the appellant to proceed, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
