In order to prevent the illegal action of the then MLA and their henchmen, the petitioners also instituted O.S.No.23O of 2Ol2 on the file of the court of the principal Junior civil Judge, Jadcharra seeking perpetual injunction. The said suit was also decreed in their favour. But now, at the instance of the political hierarchy, the respondents 4 and 5 are frequently summoning the petitioners and forcing the petitioners to enter into settlement as per the terms dictated by the Ex.MLA and his followers and in the event of the petitioners not accepting the same, they are threatening to foist false cases. It is also stated that shting the said facts, the petitioners have submitted representations, dated 18.08.2022 and O2.O3.2O23 before the respondents 2 and 4. Though the said representations reveal commission of cognizable offence committed by the assailants, the respondent_ police are not registering any case or . providing necessa_ry protection to the petitioners to enjoy their property as absolute owners 3.
