Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in harassing and calling the Petitioner to the 3rd Respondent station and making the Petitioner to sit in the station hours together for no reason as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 2'1 of Constitution of lndia and ,consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere into the personal life and day today affairs of the Petitioner in any rlilnner.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
