Petitioner herein is claiming^{that he is the absolute} owner and possessor of^{the landadmeasuringAcs.l-29 guntas in} Survey No. 197114^{situatedat Nadergul Village, Balapur Mandal,} Ranga Reddy District. In^{proof of the same, he has filed old} pattadar pass book bearing No.76994^{withPatta No.620/1. He has} submitted online application^{bearing No.2400006258dated} 2l .02.2024 with 3'd respondent^{for issuanceof e-pattadarpassbook} in respect of the aforesaid^{property. Despite receivingand} acknowledging the said^{online application,the 3'd respondentdid} not act upon the same.^{Therefore, the presentWrit Petition'}
