Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent authorities without verif-ving the records prope rr' has mechanicaly issued the said refusal order, as ttle Fl/2051 /06, datcd 2g.ll.2006 and 28.01.2017 and G.O.Ms.No. IOZ7, dated 07.OB.2OO7 which was already set aside by this court in wp No.96o4 of 2o2o and batch, d,ated 28.02.2023 and the paragraph Nos.9 and 10 ot the order, reads under:

"9. In the light of the aboue, the impugned orders prLssed by the respondents in these batch of Writ petitions bg re.iernng to the letters of the Distict Collector, Sanga Reddg District t.e.
