pleased to writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, (1) declaring the clarification issued by the 2nd respondent in cclAs Ref.No.LA1122512014. dated 22.10.2014 retates to the land in sy.No.42 of Datarpaile village, Gajwel Mandar, Medak District has no apprication to petitioner rand situated in Sy.No.358/1 ofpragnapur Viilage, Gajwer Mandar, Medak District, (2) declare the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in case No. F3/1870/2014, daled 18.12.2o'r4 is iilegar and is in contravention of the provisions of A.p. Rights in Land and Pattadar passbooks Act,1971 and A.p. (T,A.) Land Revenue Act'1317 F and set aside the same (3) decrare the consequentiar proceedings issued by the 6th respondent in No.Bi73sr2o14, dated 31.1.2018 as iilegar and arbitrary and set aside the same (4) to decrare that the rist circurated by the 6th respondent is not appricabre to the to rand owned by me to an extent of Ac'45.379ts situated in sy.No.358/1 of pragnapur viilage, Gajwer Mandar, Medak district and consequenfly direct the respondent to issue necessary crarification to the revenue authorities in respect of the land in Sy.No.35B/1 to an extent of Ac.49.00.
