During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that there is an effective alternative remedy for frling an appeal before the appellate amthorit5r and he may be permitted to avail the sarne. [,earned counsel further submits ttrat this Court may direct the appellate authorit5r to dispose of the said appeal, as early as possible.

With the above made submission, this Writ petition is dismissed, permitting the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal and on filing of such appeal, the appellate authorigr is directed to dispose of the same, as early as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of frling of such appeal and pass appropriate orders.
