which respondent No.2 directed respondent Nos.3 and 4 to examine the matter and called lor a report dated 23.06.2O 15 uide Lr.No.G2l41l5l2ol5. [t is stated that respondent Nos.3 and 4 after examination of the claim has submitted a report stating that the land to an extent of Ac.O.18 gts., belongs to the petitioners and the same is under occupation and affected in road widening. It is further stated that respondent No.2 has requested respondent No.6 dated 27.O5.2O17 uide Lr.No.G2l4I15/2015 to enquire into the matter, for which, respondent No.6 submitted a report dated 26.10.2017 uide Lr.No.EElDB/Medchal/2O17-lBl7O9 M, stating that the subject land was affected. It is further stated that respondent No.3 and respondent No.5 have submitted a detailed report dated 02.03.2018 vide Lr.No.1/ 19/2018, dated 02.03.2019 vide Lr.No.EE/ MM/ Kothagudem - Miyapur Road/20lP/91277 respectively, stating Lhat Ac.O7.79. gts., was affected during widening the road without acquiring and paying compensation to the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of the above said reports, respondent No.2 rejected the claim of the petitioners dated 2O.O 1. 2 02 I uide Endorsement No.G 1 / 4 I 1 5 I 20 15.
