learned Tribunal to consider his case for promotion to the post of Assistant Sericulture officer in zone - V with effect from the date of which his junior was considered for promotion to the said post and the learned Tribunal has allowed the said O.A. directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner uide order, dated 19.04.2016. In compliance of the same, respondent No.l has issued proceedings Rc. No .696 I 20 I 4 -B (Z-V -6i1, dated 07.O9.20 16 promoting the petitioner to the post of Assistant Sericulture Officer with all consequential benefits. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is fully qualified and eligible for the post of Sericulture Officer and the juniors of the petitioner, who were promoted to the post of Assistant Sericulture Offrcer subsequent to the promotion of the petitioner, are working in the post of Sericulture Ofhcer. Hence, the petitioner has submitted representation, dated 14.12.2023 to respondent No.1 with a request to consider his case for promotion to the post of Sericulture Officer in Zone-Y and the same is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prayed this Court to direct respondent No. I to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.12.2O23 and pass appropriate orders, at the earliest.
