The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3, in not considering the representations frled by the petitioner to allot fair price shop on compassionate ground.s to him as a legal heir of the deceased father of the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrar5r, unjust and in violation of Articles 14, 2l and 300-A of the constitution of India and against to G.O.Ms.No.14, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS.I.CCS) Department, dated 16.06.2023.

Heard learned counsel appearing for t.Ile petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearirlg for the respondent Nos.l to 4. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
