According to petitioner, Dargah is situated on the banks of l\nnaram tank and it was submerged in water due to which and due to recent Assembly elections, there is shortfall of devotees and he sustained healy losses, hence, this Court granted time till 18.03.2024 to pay the balance amount. Petitioner is therefore, stated to have submitted the subject representa.tion, despite the same, the 2nd respondent issued fresh tencler notification on 21 .O2.2O24 for allotmer t of 13 items. As; per the Memo issued by the 2na r(lspondent dated 25.02.202.3, contract period ends on 27.O2.2O24, but u,hen the said Dargilh u'as handed over to petitioner, panchanama was conducted on 02.03.2023 in the presence of Mohd. Asadullah Khan, Offi.cer on Special Dutv, TSWB, Hyderabad, Syed Qazi Noorullah, Assistant Secretary, TSWB, Hyderabad, Mohd. Riaz Pasha, Inspector Auditor and Mohd. Hameed Ali, Junior Assistant and complete charge was handed over to petitioner from 02.Oii.2023 midnight to 01.O3.2O24 midnight, as such his contract period uould end on O1.O3.2O24 midnight bur not on 27 .O2.2O2,+ miclnight.
