This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

Heard Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.V.Rama Rao, Special Government Pleader appea-ring for the respondents.

The case of the petitioners is that petitioner No.I was appointed as Attendant (Khalasi) on compassionate grounds uide Proceedings No. 1074/Adm.Ml192 dated 23.03.1993 and later he was promoted as Plate Printer uide proceedings No.4281/Adm.Fl l97 dated 24.O9.1998 and continuing as such as on today. It is the further case of the petitioners that petitioner No.2 was also appointed as Attendant [Khalasi) on compassionate

grounds uide Proceedings No. 1546/Adm.M 1/2k, dared 29.O9.2OO0 and later he was promoted as Senior Graining Machine Man uid.e proceedings No.225lAdm.Ft /2OlO dared 13.O7.201O and later promoted as Plate Printer uide proceedings No.lgI,/Adm.Fl /2OlZ dated 15.O3.2017 and continuing in the same post as on today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the petitioners are eligible for promotion to the post of Junior Manager and accordingly, they have submitted represen tations dated 13.O2.2O24 and 17.O2.2024 to the respondent-authorities requesting them to consider their case for promotion to the post of Junior Manager in Government Central press, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad, and the same is still pending with the respondent_ authorities for consideration. Therefore, learned counsel prayed to direct the respondent-authorities to dispose of the representations, dated 73.02.2024 and 17.O2.2O24 submitted by the petitioners.

Learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent-authorities will consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 13.O2.2024 and 17.O2.2O24, and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law.
