Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Proc.No. ES/SC/KH/BHAD/SCAS/0068, dated 2211212021 issued by the 1st respondent and its consequential Proc.No. ES/SC/ BHAD/SCAS/0O07, dated 61112022 issued by the 3rd respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 1 6 and 21 of lhe Constitution of lndia besides being contrary to the provisions of the State and Subordinate Service Rules as also guidelines issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No. 317, dated 611212021 and consequently set-aside the same and consequently hold that the petitioner is entitled for allotment to Khammam District by applying rule of reservation.

Petition under section 151 cpc praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filecl in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to direct the respondenls to consrder the case of the petitioner for posting in any existing vacancies i.e. Government High School, B:mrgandlapadu or Government Girls High school, Khammam. in Khammam District by suspending the operation of the impugned Proc.No. ES/sc/KH/BHAD/SCAS/0068, dated 22-12-2021 issued by the 1st respondent and its consequential proc.No. ES/sc/BHAD/SCAS/0007, dated 6- 1-2022 issued by the 3rd respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

This Court on O2.O2.2O22 granted interim orders directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the appeal(s)/ representation(s) filed by the petitioner(s).

In spite of the matter being adjourned from time to time^for ascertaining the latest instructions in the matter, either thc^lcarned counsel for [he petitioner(s) or the learned Government^{Pleader are} unable to report the instructions to the Court.

Having regard to the fact that the matter is^pending since two years and the interim orders were already passed in favour of [he petitioner(s), this Court is of the considered view that instead of the keeping the Writ Petition pending, it can be disposed of with^the following d irect ion s:

a) If the respondent authorities have not yet disposed of the appeal(s) / representation(s) hled by the petitioner/ s in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on O2.O2.2O22, they shall dispose of the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, invariably, and communicate a copy of the order to the petitioner(s) within a period of two weeks thereof;

b) In case the appeal(s)/ represen tation (s) is/are already disposed o[, the respondent authorities shall cornmunicate a copy of t hc order(s) to the petitioner(s) within a period of two u,eeks from toda1,; and
