And the Respondents will be given next date 15.01 .2024, to submit/furnish the Schedule Tribe Certificate at 5 PM, and the final chance, the Petitioners are selected for the post of Staff Nurses in DIUE/DPHFW/TVVP/MNJIOCC etc., (General Recruitment), and the Petitioners depriving the right and employment for the Post of Staff Nurses is arbitrary, illegal, discrimination and in Violation of Articles 14, 15, 16, 19 (1) (g), 21 and 342 of the Constitution of lndia and in Violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently to direct the Respondents to stay the two respective posts of the Petitioners for the post of Staff in DII/E/DPHFW/TVVP/IVNJIOCC etc., (General Recruitment).
