The satnewas referred to respondent No.5 for 'No Objection'Certificate', classification and availability report of the area. On inspectionand verification of records, respondent No.S submitted report vide proceedirrgs Lr.No.D/919 /2O2O, dated 28.O8.2O2Q and issued no objection for the same in favour of petitioner. He further submits that on receipt of 'No Objection Certificate' from revenue authoritir:s, respondent No.6 granted quarry lease vide Proc.No.()L/SNR/LOI19OO392, dated 19.O5.2022 and work orders were alsc issued by respondent No.7 vide Proc,No.1662 IQL/2O2O, dated 11.1O.2O22 1or a period of twenty years with effect from ll.lO.20'22 to LO.lO.2042. He also submits that petitioner obtained all approvals from the authorities concerned and conductirrg quarry operations strictly pursuant to lease granted by the depaltment concerned.
