issue the mutation proceedings. On being advised, the petitioner submitted Dharani Application No.2300046472 dated 07.11.2023 tor mutation. Despite lapse of three months, there had been no progress in the mutation application of the petitioner, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending
in this writ petition stand closed.
