It is stated that thepetitioner was the owner and possessor .of the land admeasuring Ac. 10.O4 cents in R.S.No.112 situated at SompallyRevenue Village, Burgampahad Mandal, Bhadradri- KothagudemDistrict, having acquired the same by way of inheritance. It isstated that originally the father-in-lawof the petitioner owns Ac.1O.O4guntas and he was issuedpattadar passbook. It is furtherstated that withoutgiving any notice respondentNo.4 hadmutated the land admeasuringAc.6.0Oin favour of MaramAdilakshmi, MaramNeetikaReddy and Maram Sarita Reddy,therefore,she made a complaint, dated 18.01.2O24 to take necessary action.The grievanceof the petitioner is that even after receivingthe said complaint the respondent authorities are not considering the same.
