Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the HQh Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation dated 29-10-2021 to grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, discriminatory, contrary to the orders of this Honorable Court in W.P.No. 1331 of 2021, violative ofprinciples of naturaljustice, and violative of Ar1. 12, 14 and 21 of the constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents to grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner duly considering the above representations.
