the date of birth of her daughter and issue birth certificate at the earliest. Despite receiving and acknowle<lging the said apprication, respondent. No.4 did not act up.n the same. Aggrieved by the said .inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present wr:it petition.

Ms. Ilravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for. Revenue, on instructions, would submit that since the cla,ughter of petitioner was born at Jeedah, the Kingdom or Saudi Arabia, petitioner has to subrnit onrine application to respondent No.4, who in turn will conduct enquiry a;a,l submit a report to the A4unicipal Commissionerr concerned. Thereafter, it is for the Municipal Oorporation to consider the same ald take steps in accordance with law.
