Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend *here-ere suits liled by the parties vide O.S.Nos.1394 of 2OO4, LTOS of 2OO4, l92l of 2OO4 arfi 2L89 of 2OO7 for cancellation of Exchange Deeds, etc. Tlso suits i.e. O.S.Nos. 17O5 of 2OO4 and I92L of 2OO4 were decreed and other two suits were dismissed.

Whereas, Sri K. Siddharth Rao, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.l on instructions would submit that respondent Nos.3 and 4 might have completed the construction of buitding by now. If petitioners are still aggrieved, tJrey have to make a fresh application to respondent No. I and respondent No.1 will consider the same.

In the light of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to tl:e petitioners to submit fresh application to respondent No. 1 along with copies of
