With the consent of both the counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself

This Writ Petition, under Articl e 226 of^the

Constitution of h-rdia, is filed seeking the^{follou'ing relief:}

"... to issue an appropriate writ, Order or Direction,^{moreparticularly} one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the^{actionof the} respondents in allottinB the^petitioner to multi^{zone-1videimpugned} proceedings No.RE/ST/ST/M|/COTA/0004, dated 24.12.2021^being illegai, arbitrary and in violation of^para 23 of^{TelanganaPublic} Employment Organization of Local Cadres and^Regulation of^Director Recruitment order 2018 and^{guidelines in Appendix} to^{G.O.Ms.No.317} dated 06.12.2021 apart from being^{in violation of Article14 and16 of} constitution of lndia and consequently^{declarethe allotment orders} vide proc RE/ST/sT/M I/COTA/0004, dated 24.L2.2O27^{being illegal and} irrational by directing the^petitioner to be allotted to Multi^{Zone-ll by} disposing the appeal filed under "Spouse^{ground" and} to^grantsuch other relief or reliefs..."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner^and learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing^for the respondents.

Though the present Writ Petition is^filed seeking the aforesaid relief, at the time of hearing,^learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument^arrd prays this Court to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the appeal,^dated 28.12.2027, fied^{by the} petitioner.
