Petition Under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pieased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus. i. Declare in action Respondents No.2 not considering petitioners reply dated August 23, 2024, submitted on August 26, 2024, in response to the show cause notice as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of the principles of natural justice, the procedures laid down under the Drugs and cosmetics Act, 1g40, and Article 14 and Article 19(1)(g) of the constitution of lndia, 19s0 and consequenfly direct Respondents Nos. 2 and 4 to refrain from taking any coercive or punitive actions based on the impugned show cause notice bearing proc No. '19/ph3/NSQ/Sai Parenterals/2024-2s dated oB.oB. 2024, issued by Respondent No. 2, and the letter dated 05.08. 2024, issued by Respondent No. 4, untir the appellate review process is completed and also direct the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation in accordance with law by following the principles of natural justice.
