Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in considering/enterta in ing applications for appointment of Qazils in respect of Zones where the Government already appointed a Qazi as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutiona l, violation of G.O.Ms.No.13 dt.20.03.2002 and in violation of the Orders of this Hon'ble Court and direct the respondents to strictly make appointment of Qazi as per the Zones notified vide G.O.Ms.No 13 dt.20.03.2002 and not to appoint more than one Qazi for each Zone.
