Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ'of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring that the action on part of the respondent No.1 and 5 in attempting to take over possession of the petitioner's land under Sy.No.49/2, admeasuring Ac..10.12 guntas, situated at Aziz Nagar village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the instruction of the respondent No.5 and under the threat of registering false cases, is highly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of right under Article 3004 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and rights of the petitioner in respect of his land admeasuring Ac.1O-12 guntas in Sy.No.49i2,
