Petition under Article 226 of Ihe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order or direction more particulady one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any olher appropriate writ or direction, holding that the impugned Speaking Order No.GPl(O2112024 dated 29-08-2024 passed by Respondents No.5 is illegal, arbitrary, malicious, without jurisdiction, without considering the reply dated 01-08-2024 filed by the Petitioners and without furnishing the relevant documents and without affording the hearing opportunity and also violative of the common order passed by this Honorable court in w.p. No.945 of 2023 and batch dated 13-06-2024, being under the influence of the Respondents No.10 and 1'l , amounts to misuse of the powers vested in the authority, against the proyisions of Telangana Panchayath Raj Act 2018 and also violative of Articles 14, 19,21 and 300A of the constitution of lndia and consequenfly to set aside the same by directing the Respondents No.4 and 5 not to demolish the compound wall annexed to the Quarters bearing Quarter No.NA-28 (New-A), NA-29 (New-A), NA-30 (NewA), NA-31 (New-A) and NA-32 (New-A) Sirsitk Cotony, Kagaznagar, KB. Asifabad District, belonging to the Petitioners.
