ORDER
Clrallenging the impugned refusal order dated 3O.O8.2O24 passecl by the 3'd respondent, Sub Registrar, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, on the ground of "prohibition of the registration of unauthorised plots and buildings", the petitioner ltled the present writ petition.
On the earlier occasion on 10.09.2024, this Court permitted the petitioner to produce a copy of sale deed and copy of the reguiarisation proceedings before the 3.d respondent with a direction to the 3.d respondent to examine the same.
Today, r,vhen the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 10.09.2O24, petitioner submitted all the subject documents and the same has been registcred by *re 3.d respondent hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. There shall be no order as to costs.
