This writ petition has^{been filed seeking to declarethe} action of respondent Nos.2^{and 3 in notconducting} investigation and not tiling^{charge sheet pursuant to} registration of FIR,No.235^{of 2O2ldated 24.03.2021 as illegal} and arbitrary and^{to consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and} 3 to forthwith conclude^{the investigation and file chargesheet'}

The petitioner states to be^{the complainantin FIR.No.235} of 2O2l dated,24.O3.2O2^{1, which was registeredfor the alleged} offences^{punishableunder Sections 406, 42O,323, 506 IPC r/w} 156(3) CrPC. The case of^{the petitioneris that when initially} respondent No.3 has^{not entertained the complaintsubmitted} by him, he was constrained^{to filc a private complaintunder} Section 20O of Cr.P.C and^{on relerencebeing made under} Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C,^{the saidcomplaint has been registered} as FIR.No.235 of 2O2l dated^24.O3.2O21.

The grievance of the^{petitioner is that even after lapseof} more than three^{years from the date of registration of the FIR,} the respondents^{police have not taken any steps to conduct}

investigation nor any charge sheet/final report has been liled before the concerned Court.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that if sufficient time is granted by this Court, respondent No.3 will conduct the investigation and fiie appropriate final report/charge sheet before the concerned Court.

ln view of the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to conclude the investigation in FIR.No.235 of 2O2I dated, 24.O3.2O2 I as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file appropriate final report/charge sheet before the concerned Court, in accordance with law.
