ORDER:
This Writ petition is filed seeking the followingprayer:-
"a. to declare the action of the Respondent No.2 in not receiving the Sale Deed offered by the Petitioner and not receiving and registering the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 19, 27 and 300A of the Constitution of India and 5.22A of Registration Act 1908.
b. further direct the Respondent No.2 to receive the Sale Deedpresented by the Petitioner andprocess the same for registration."
"In view of the above made submissions, the 2nd respondent, on presentation of the documents by the writ petitioner, shall register it, within aperiod of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and such registration will abide by theresult of the writpetition."
Learned counsel for the petitloners submitted that inspite of several efforts, there are no instructions from thepetitaoner whether the subject document is registered or not. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the interim order dated 20,06.2022 no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and pray this Court to close the writ petition.
