Learned counselfor the petitioner submits that inpursuance of thenotification, dated 25.04.2022 issued by respondentNo.3, thepetitioner had appliedfor the post of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT)Police Constable (AR). After undergoing due process of selection,the petitionerwas selected for the said post and her namewas mentioned at Serial No.1 in the selected candidates list issuedby respondent-authorities.Consequently,the respondent -

authorities issued letters, whereby the selected candidates were sent to training for the said post. However, no letter was issued to the petitioner. [,earned. counsel further submits that the respondents have removed the name of the petitioner from the list o[ trainees on the ground of pendency of criminal cases against her. But, no cases are pending against the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation before respondent No.3 on Ol.O3 -2024 narrating all the facts and the same is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prayed this Court to direct respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated O 1 .O3.2O24 and pass appropriate orders, at the earliest.
