"...to issue a writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in insisting on the Petitioners to get occupancy certificate for the purpose of releasing electricity supply to the premises of the Petitioner bearing House No.112-459/4 and 11-2-459/6, admeasuring 369.22 Sq.Yards situated at Namalagundu, Mylargadda, Secunderabad as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the 3'd Respondent to release power supply to the said premises without insisting for prr:duction of occupancy certificate from the Respondent No.4 and may pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "

"There shall be interim direction to the third respondent to release the power supply to the petitioners' premises bearing House No.11-2-459/4 and 11-2-459/6, admeasuring 369.22 square yards situated at Namalagundu, Mylargadda, Secunderabad, to the extent of the construction covered by the permission granted by the Municipai Corporation. It is made clear that in the event of the refusal of Occupancy Rights Certificate by the Municipal Corporation, it is open for the respondents to withdraw the power supply."
