Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respectrve parties and perused the record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that without having any power or aurhority, the respondent No.5_ Tahsildar has issued impugned Certificate uid.eNo.B/1S1g/13, dated o3.12.2013 st5zled as 'Ownership Certificate,, wherein, it is stated that Smt.Kummari Balrajamrna W/o. Narsihma Kummari is the pattadar and possessor in respect ol Sy.No.507/1 to an extent of Ac.3.lO gts., of Uppal Bagayath Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. It is contended that the Tahsildar is not competent authorit5r

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Certificate uide No-B/1518/ 13, dated O3.12.2O13 issued by the respondent No.5 is set aside. If the parties are having any claim over the subject property, it is left open to them to obtain necessary documents from the revenue department and seek appropriate relief from the competent Civil Court, in accordance^with law.
