Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in considering the application dated 21 .11 .2020 of thepetitioner and not implementingthe directions of the 2nd respondent bypaying the compensation orproviding employment in the 4th respondent corporation with regard to the ash dumpedin the petitioners land admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts in Sy. No. 52/180/AA, situatedat Somugudem Village, Palvoncha mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District is notfit for cultivation due to pouring of ash by the 3rd respondent corporationinto the petitioners land is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of naturaljustice and also violative of Articles 14, 19,21 and 300-4 of Constitution of lndiaand consequently direct the respondents toprovide compensation or employmentin the 3rd respondent corporation by considering the directions ofthe2nd respondent and also representation dated 21.11.2020 of thepetitioner.
