'.......Government^{after careful examination of the} matter obsewed^{that the above land is no longer} required^{andgivcn tkre natrrreof this land read} above, acquisition^{is not feasible} Therefore' Government^{hereby de-notifythe land to an extent of} Ac.95.18^{gts. in Sy- Nos lto 11' 13 to 17' 19 to 27'} 33 to 37,^{41, 42, 44 to 46' 48 to 66 of Ramanthapur} Bhagath [V),^{Uppal (M), Ranga ReddyDistrict from} Land Acquisition."

Leaned Standing Counsel thus submits that as the subject larrds are de-notified, the cause in the prr:sent Writ Petition do,:s not survive for consideration.

A pe:-usal of the aforesaid G.O. indicates the respondents having lvithdrawn the proposal to acquire the land to an extent of Ac.95.18 gts. in Sy. Nos. 1 to 11, t3 ro tT, 79 to 27 33 to 37, 41, 42, 44 Lo 46, 48 to 66 of Ramanthapur Bhagath (V), Uppal (M), Ranga Reddy District from acquisition and accorclingly, denotified the lands mentioned in the above survev numbers.

Subsr:quent to issuance of the aforesaid G.O. the authorities have also issued G.O.Ms. No.41 Municipal Administration & Urban Development (Plg.I(1) Department dated 01.0.1.2O2 1 to substitute the name of "Ranga Reddy District'' mentioned in the aforesaid G.O. with ,.Medchal_ Malkajgiri t istrict" as the same subject area now falls under the aforesaid District.

Havin3 regard to the submissions made as above an<l also taking nole of the Government order issued, uide G.O.Ms. No. 194 dated 07.11.2O2O as amended by G.O.Ms. No.4i dated 01.O3.2021, since the subject lands mentioned therein having been de not fied from acquisition and as the petition.ers land

forms part of the aforesaid total extent of Ac.95.18 gts. being situated in Sy. Nos.14 and 52/ 1 which also stand de-notihed from acquisition, this Court is of the vi'ew the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration by this Court any further.

7 . Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
