This Appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the order and decree dated 21.12.2000 passed in O.P.No.516 of 1997 by the I Additional Disrrict Judge, (M.A.C.T.), Karimnagar.

When the nratter carne up lbr hearing on 29.12.2023, there was no representation by the leamed counsel for the appellant. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be posted to 09.01.2024 under the caption 'fbr dismissal'. L,ven today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel lbr.the appellant though the rnatter is postcd under the caption 'for dismissal'. lt appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

As thc appellanr is not evincing any interest in procecding with the mattcr', it is consideled llt to dismiss the appeal.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed for default. No order as to
