ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved b,v the order dated 19.03.2024 in M.C.No.l2l of 2023 on the file of the learned Judge, I Additional Family Court-Cum-XIV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Hyderabad (for short, "the trial Court").
in the year 1997, during that period also he harassed her by bringing perverted ladies to the house and beat her when she questioned his acts. Further, the petitioner demanded additional dowry and forcibly took her goldjewellery. The petitioner with the entire jewellery of the respondent purchased a flat, registered on his name on 23.O8.2O 17 and when respondent demanded to transfer the flat on her name, he denied. Due to unbearable harassment she was treated in the Thumbe Hospital, Cha<lerghat, Hyderabad on 24 .lO.2O2O. As petitioner rvas unable to maintain herself and hcr children, she filed maintenance case before the learned trial Cor-rrt. The learned trial Court vide impugned order granted maintenance of Rs.10,OOO/- to respondent per month lrom the date of order i.e., 19.03.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred the present Revision.
