This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.p.C') seeking to set aside the Judgment of conviction dated 21.07.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalguda in C.C.No.296 of 2006, for the offences punishable under section 498-4 and 323 of Indian Penal code, which was confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.111 of 2010 on the file of the Court of V Additional Sessions Judge, Miryalguda vide its judgment dated 20.04.2011.

submits that revision petitioner died and the said fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor, as such the criminal revision case stands abated.
