L.B.Nagar, under Section 452 of the Criminal procedure Code, 1923, seeking to release his passport bearing No.Z443E34E to travel abroad for job purpose. By the impugned docket order d,ated 25.O6.2O24, the trial Court by observing that there is every possibility that the petitioner might be irregular to the trial court and there is vital impact on the societ5r as the value of cheaLing is in huge amounts, has dismissed the petition. Hence, considering the facts and circumstaaces of the case that the petitioner is required to attend his job, Further, the petitioner shall return to India and appear before the trial Court as and when his presence is specifically required.
Miscellareous applications, if any pending, shall also stand
