" This Criminal^petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short^.Cr.p.C.) by tt# petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.19IACB-CRLl2Ol4 on the file of ACB police Station, City Range, Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Section 7 of the prevention of Corruption Act 1988.

Heard Sri M.Ratan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sridhar Chikyala, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No. 1.
