This Criminal Petition^{is filed under Section 482 of the} Code of Criminal^{Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr'P'C'') by the} petitioner/ accused^{No.19 seekingto quash the proceedings} against her in^{Crime No. t7 of 2024 on the file of EOW} Cyberabad^{Police Station,Cyberabad,registered for the alleged} offences punishable^{under Sections 406, 42O,4O9,467,468 and} 47I of the Indian^{PenalCode(for short'IPC).}

As seen from the^{record,the averments of the petitiondo} not constitute offences^{under Sections409 an'i 467 of IPC '} Hence, this Court^{deems it appropriate to direct the petitionerto} appear before the^{Investigating Officeron or befrrre 18.07.2024} between 11:00 a.m.^{and 05:00 p.m. and in turn, the} Investigating Oflicer is^{directedto followthe procedurelaid down} under Section 4l-A Cr.P.C. and^{also the guidelines formulated} by the Hon'ble Supreme^{Courtof India in Arnesh Kurnarv.}
