On 05.12.2023 when her mother brought her to the Government Hospital, Siddipet for treatment, the Medical Officer after scanning reported tllat she was carr5ring 8 weeks and 4 days pregnancy. Basing on the said report, the above crime was registered against the petitioner/accused and he was taken into custody on 07.I2.2023.

her consent is immaterial and the petitioner who is a mqjor had participated in sex with a minor knowing fully well the consequences which they both need to face in the societ5r affecting the honor of both the families, the health of the minor and about to bring a child into the world, whose future is unknown, it is considered not a frt case for grant of bail to the petitioner/ accused at this stage.
