This Criminal Petition is tiled by the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 6 and 8 under Sections 437 and 439 o1'Code olCriminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to them in connection with Crime No.9-17 o12023. on the filc of the Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, rcgistered fbr the olf-ences under Sections 120-8,302,201 r/w 34 of the [ndian Penal Code (fbr short'lPC') and Section 25 (1Xa) of the Indian Arms ..\ct.

'lhe case ol the prosecution in briel'rvas that on 29.08.2023, the de facto complainant i.c., the blother ol the deceased lodged a report stating that his brother- was visiting Celcbrity F itness Studio Gyrn located at Kantha Reddl, Nagar, Attapur, Rajendranagar for doing fitness exercises. On 29.08.2023 at about 7.30 P.M., while the defacto cornplainant and his brother-in- [aw' were available at their house, they received a phone call from his brother's lriend that four unknown persons attacked the complainant's brother while he was retuming from the gym and caused inlurics u,ith knives and irnmediately he was taken to ZOl Hospital at Attaplrr lbl trcatment. complainant and his brothcr-in-larv rushed to the hospital and found his brother Itahul Singh tying dead. Basing on the said complaint, the Police rcgistered the above clirne.
