This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Cr.P.C”) seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused No.5 in Crime No.333 of 2023 on the file of Station House Officer, Narsampet Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act-1985.

this Court and prayed to grant regular bail to the petitioner on the same conditions as incorporated against the accused Nos.1 and 2.

i) The petitioner/Accused No.5 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Sessions Judge for NDPS cases (I Additional Sessions Judge) Warangal.

ii) The petitioner/Accused No.5 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
