This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the XVI Additional Judge-Cum-XX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, to conduct an enquiry against respondent Nos.2 and 3 in SR No.93l3 of 2023, for the offences punishabre under section 191 read with 193 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

I.earned counsel for the petitioner confrned his prayer only to the extent of disposal of the sR No.9313 of 2023 which is filed under Section 195 read with 340 of Cr.p.C.r.

Hence, considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to decide the matter and dispose of the SR No.9313 of 2C23 as expeditiously as possible.
