Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator submits that this Court by order dt.19.11.2009 in COMp.A.No.1864 of 2009 in C.P.No.102 of 2000, after directing the Official Liquidator to transfer the balance amount of Rs.2,10,564.20 ps., to the credit of the Company's Liquidation Account, after paying necessary taxes and meeting other liquidation expenditure, closed C.p.No.102 of 2000.

In view of the aforesaid order of this Court, no Further orders are required to be passed in the present Company Application and the Company Application is accordingly closed. No costs.
