This Application coming on for orders upon reading the Judge,s summons and the affidavit dated 20-0'1-2009 filed by Sri N, Rajeshwara Reddy, commercial rax officer in support of the Application and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Raji Reddy, SC for commercial raxes, for the Appellant and of Sri santosh Jadhav, counsel for official Liquidator for Respondent No..1 and none appeared for Respondent Nos. 2 to 5.

are required to be passed in the present COMP.A. and the COMP.A. is accordingly closed. No costs.
