This Contempt Case is liled atleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated l5.ll.2o2l passed 1n W.P.No.28638 ol2021.

This Court, uide the aforesaid order dated l5.ll.2O2I permitted the petitioner to make an appropriate application through online in Dharani Portal seeking correction of entries and on such application being filed, the respondent-authorities were directed to examine the same within a period eight weeks thereof and pass orders.

l,earned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents stated that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.28638 of 2021, dated l5.ll.2O2l, the District Collector, YadadriBhuvanagiri, has issued proceedings No.E3/ 1648 /2023, dated 23.05.2023 stating that as per the report furnished by the Tahsildar-Yadagirigutta, the petitioner has not filed

any application in online Dharani^portal. It is also stated that the Government has enabl,ed certain^modulesfor carr5ring of succession, mutations, implementation^of registered documents, issue of^E-PPB in Dharani,^Pass Book Data correction and other^modules for^redressaland the petitioner has to file online application^{in appropriate} module in the Dharani portal in a^{prescribedformat.} Except submitting the representations^{before the} respondents, the petitioner has not made^{any online} application in the Dharani Portal^{prescribed under the} provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land ald^Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (for short, 'ROR Act,^{2O2O) seeking} for correction of the entries in the^{revenue records.}

In view of the said submissions, this Contempt^Case is closed granting liberty to the^petitioner to^{file an online} application in the prescribed format as^{per TM33 module} or arry other module seeking for correction^{of the entries,in} accordance with the Circular instructions^{uide CCLA's} Circular No.l/2024, dated28.02.2024 issued by the^Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and as^per the
