"Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3'd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2021, by giving due notice to the petitioner and also to respondent Nos.7 and B and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2021, in accordance to law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order duly communicating the decision to the petitioner and also respondent Nos.7 and B. However, there shall be no order as to costs. "
