Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare the action of the Respondents in not implementing the G.O.Ms.No.56 Tribal Welfare (Edn.1.1) Department dated 1-7-2013 for deploying four Secondary Grade Teacher posts to the newly converted Ashram Schools in ITDA Districts i.e. A.G.H.S Khammam-A, A.G.H.S Khammam-B, and A.H.S, Khammam (Boys), A.G.H.S, Sathupalli, A.G.H.S, Kallur, A.G.H.S Kamepalli, A.G.H.S Vallabhi and A.G.H.S Yellandu Old and not permitting the applicants to draw salaries in respective Head of account mentioned in Para 7 of the said G.O. and continuing the applicants on deputation basis on year wise is illegal, arbitrary and in utter violation of Articles'14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently issue a direction to the respondents to deploy four Secondary Grade Teacher posts to each converted Ashram Schools in plain areas in Khammam District referred above for drawing salaries from the respective Head of Account provided ln the said G.O. for their continuation for minimum period of stay on par with other Teachers in Tribal Welfare Department.
